Our Story
With almost 20 years of home building experience and 10 years of home designing, CMHK Builders, Inc. is a family-owned construction company that builds single family homes in all different styles and sizes.
Gregg Ginn, the founder, started his career in 2004 as a jobsite superintendent in North Carolina. Since then, he has worked hard to expand his skills and knowledge of home construction. Gregg’s dedication and love of building led to the start of CMHK Builders, Inc. in 2007.
One of the most important things to Gregg is family, which is why he named his company after his four daughters. The letters in “CMHK” represent the first initial of each of his girl’s names. Family motivates us to keep moving forward, and we believe that all families deserve a quality, comfortable, and spacious home to enjoy together.
Our goal as a construction company is to build exceptional homes while connecting with the people we build for. We personally work with each client to understand the vision they want for their home.
